Guidelines
Complete
the request by one of the below methods to the TBRHSC Help Desk. If required for patient consultation or
comparison, requests should be received at least 48 hrs. prior to appointment
date.

Directly placing a Heat ticket (‘PACS Image
Import/Export’ template)

E-mail help@tbh.net

Urgent requests, call the Help Desk at
684-6411 or toll free at 1-888-291-9636

Fill out the ‘Image Import/Export
Request Form’ on the TBRHSC Intranet and fax to TBRHSC Help Desk at
807-684-5912, to attention of PACS Clinical Administrator
The Help Desk is monitored during Daytime hours (Monday to
Friday 0700 to 1700 EST)
After hours and weekend requests may be delayed until the following
business day, if it is time sensitive please follow the Urgent Request process.
